Edmond Ng co-founded Axiom Asia in 2006. Edmond is responsible for Axiom’s investments in China, South Korea and regional funds. Edmond has 24 years of PE experience over 22 of which were in Asia.
Prior to founding Axiom Asia in 2006, Edmond's PE experience was gained principally at GIC SI. During his seven-and-a-half-year tenure at GIC SI, Edmond had diverse PE experience, working in the company's Singapore, San Francisco, Hong Kong and Beijing offices. He has experience in both fund and direct investments, and has worked on transactions in the U.S, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Taiwan and Australia.

Alex Lee joined Axiom Asia in August 2009. Alex currently leads Axiom’s private equity secondary investments across Asia and is also involved in primary fund investments and co‐investments, particularly in Australia, Japan and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Axiom, Alex spent six years at global secondaries firm Coller Capital, first in London and later in Singapore.

Chris Loh joined Axiom Asia in August 2009. He now leads the firm’s venture capital fund investments throughout Asia and is responsible for all fund investments in India. He also actively participates in co-investments and secondary investments.
Prior to joining Axiom, he had nine years of private equity experience with GIC Special Investments, spending the first two years in the Singapore office and the next seven years in the San Francisco office. He was also involved in four direct investments in high-tech startups — two went public and two were acquired.
Chris worked for seven years as an engineer at DSO National Laboratories, the largest R&D organization in Singapore serving the country’s defense force. He was promoted to Senior Member of Technical Staff and led a team of engineers in the development of secured, wireless communication systems. His research was published in international conferences like Milcom in the U.S.
Chris was awarded the Monbusho Scholarship jointly by the Singapore Government and the Japanese Ministry of Education. He earned a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering degree from the University of Tokyo and completed two master programs (Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Master of Business Administration) at the National University of Singapore. Chris is fluent in English, Chinese and Japanese.

Todd Shin joined Axiom Asia in 2017. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring funds and co-investments in the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on Australia, Korea and South-East Asia.
Prior to joining Axiom, Todd was a Manager in the Investment Management division of Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance in Seoul, where he was responsible for analyzing private equity and private debt fund managers as well as evaluating direct investment opportunities. Todd began his career as an Associate in the Corporate Finance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Seoul, and rose to Manager in the Deal Advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago. During his tenure at PwC, he advised global private equity and corporate clients on M&A deals.
Todd graduated from Korea University with a degree in Business Administration. He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst charter in 2011. Todd is fluent in English and Korean, and speaks Bahasa Indonesia.

Debbi began her career as a financial journalist for Mergermarket covering private equity transactions. She has interviewed CEOs across a wide range of industries on their company’s M&A strategies and has moderated industry-wide events including the Asian Investment Banking and IFLR Asian Private Equity forums.

Jaeseong began his career in Korea at Samsung Securities as an Associate carrying out equity research where he subsequently transitioned into Credit Risk at ICBC (Korea) and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (Singapore).

Prior to joining Axiom, Jaeseong worked at American Express as a Credit Risk Manager where he focused on commercial rating and underwriting in the Asia Pacific region. Jaeseong began his career in Korea at Samsung Securities as an Associate carrying out equity research where he subsequently transitioned into Credit Risk at ICBC (Korea) and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (Singapore).
